First & foremost, I have lost 12lbs since I started. And, a total of 24-26lbs since I started this new journey. My base

weight for many years was 180lbs. It's been 11 years since I was that weight. I am determined to get back there. I have learned about portion control, which has always been difficult because I love food (and my wife is a fantastic cook, damn it. I find myself making better choices concerning food options. I am more aware of nutritional value of foods and actually feel guilty about the temptation of cheating on my meal plan. Also, I enjoy going back to the gym and go more than my scheduled workouts. I look forward to working out, now. That hasn't happened in several years. I feel better physically after dropping weight & working out. I'm starting to regain some confidence back regarding my weight & physical appearance. I am 1/2 way to my weight goal & I will push on until after I achieve my body shaping goals. I now see this as a lifestyle change and not just a short-term solution. I really appreciate your support & encouragement throughout this journey!

The last thing I wanted to say, Sean is thank you for your help guiding me through the workouts and the meal plans taking my calls and responding promptly to my messages, you have made this process fairly painless. I really appreciate your attention and ability to modify the program to fit my specific needs. I've just started month three and I'm already super excited about my results. I've spent 20 years and thousands of dollars trying to accomplish what you helped me accomplish in the last two months. I'm in better shape than I have ever been and feel healthier than I ever thought possible. The price of the program feels like an investment in the person I am becoming and I thank you for your part.

Hey Sean!|

224.6 this morning, down from 232.6! So I'm starting to see some real results.

I can also tell my clothes are starting to fit a LITTLE looser, plus I can see myself starting to re-take my old shape, woohoo! Bulging on my sides is straightening out, and my belly too.


I've started to attack my workouts like I used to even though I'm still doing low low weights. Hey at 60 l may be done with much more weight anyway. But there are times already where I can in the zone rather than just toughing through every minute.


As for nutrition, I've learned quite a bit actually. Generally speaking 1/2 pound protein and a non-starchy vegetable.


Thanks for everything, this program is perfect for me, and apparently so are you! :-)
